Your Child’s Team

The ATG practice is composed of organized teams who provide ABA Therapy plans that conform strictly to the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) guidelines. Each team will consist of a:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Program Manager
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Line Therapist

This model of treatment for autism was created to make sure that therapy is consistent, that care is continuous, and that parents are kept well informed and involved in the therapy process.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts have a doctoral or master’s degrees in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, and other related fields. They have extensive training and experience in designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of programming using the principles of applied behavior analysis.

Our Program Managers have completed their masters program in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and are sitting for their broad exam.

Our Registered Behavior Technicians have studied how behavior is influenced by a person’s environment and have completed 40 hours of online modules in addition to meeting all of the BACB requirements to maintain their credential.

Our Line Therapists are required to have a bachelors in a related field such as psychology, education, social work or have completed autism specific trainings.
