BCBA Position
The Autism Therapy Group/Funtastic Gymnastic Inc. (ATG) is currently hiring BCBAs for positions in IL, WI, TX, FL, & GA. The Autism Therapy group is a company dedicated to transforming the lives of children with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. We are currently seeking BCBAs for our Home-Based Services to oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of ABA services in the homes of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Oversee, evaluate and continuously update the ABA programs of clients receiving home-based intervention services.
- Supervise and provide on-going training to direct intervention staff.
- Develop, implement, and analyze appropriate intervention services for children 3-22.
- Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for all clients.
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behavior and teaching replacement behaviors.
- Conduct and oversee Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis for all problem behavior and write Behavior Plans.
- Collaborate with the Executive Directors, Home Services Director, and other BCBA Professionals to enhance the outcomes for clients.
- Assist the Executive Directors with the development, implementation, and evaluation of all protocol and procedures as requested.
Requirements:
- BCBA Certification and Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or similar field is preferred.
- Must have 1-5 years of experience in supervision, and working with children with autism in a home-based setting.
- Must have good organizational skills coupled with interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, eager to learn new skills, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
ABA Behavior Technician/Line Therapist Position
The Autism Therapy Group /Funtastic Gymnastic Inc. (ATG) is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/Line Therapists for positions in IL, WI, TX, FL, & GA. Opportunities are part-time and start at $20.00 per hour, depends on experience. Our ABA Behavior Technicians/Line Therapists average 10-20 hours per week (most session hours are between 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). There will be opportunities to increase hours as the company continues to expand. ATG offers generous bonuses, for exceptional performance.
Client Training
- Implement programs based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills.
- Manage inappropriate behaviors that occur.
- Facilitate interactions with peers.
- Keep the children motivated to learn.
- Toilet training may be required.
Client Progress Communication
- Accurately record information on the child’s progress.
- Be courteous & professional with families, organizations & children and represent our company in a positive light.
- Communicate confidentially and professionally with behavior analysts, teachers, parents and principals.

Required Skills/ Experience
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field preferred. Candidate with no degree will be considered based on experience.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes and work at center.
- You should be able to lift up to 25 lbs. routinely.
- Regular and timely communication with supervisors while employed with our company.
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
Desired Skills/ Experience
- You might have experience working with children ages 3-22.
- You might have experience working in a home or school setting with individuals with special needs.
- You might have experience with Applied Behavior Analysis or Discrete Trial Training.
Immunizations
- TB Testing (completed within the last year).
- Proof of MMR immunity or vaccination.
- Proof of Varicella immunity or vaccination.
- Proof of Hep B immunity, vaccination or declination of inoculation.
- Pertussis immunity, vaccination or declination of inoculation.
