BCBA Position

The Autism Therapy Group is currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts for positions in Illinois, Texas, and Wisconsin. The Autism Therapy Group is a company dedicated to transforming the lives of children with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.  We are currently seeking analysts for our home-based services to oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of ABA therapy services of our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, evaluate and continuously update the ABA programs of clients receiving home-based intervention services.
  • Supervise and provide on-going training to direct intervention staff.
  • Develop, implement, and analyze appropriate intervention services for children 3-22 years of age.
  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for all clients.
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behavior and teaching replacement behaviors.
  • Conduct and oversee Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis for all problem behavior and write Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Directors, Administration Staff, and other BCBA Professionals to enhance the outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification and Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or similar field is preferred.
  • Must have 1-5 years of experience in supervision, and working with children with autism in a home-based setting.
  • Must have good organizational skills coupled with interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, eager to learn new skills, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.

 


 

RBT Position

The Autism Therapy Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for positions in Illinois, Texas, and Wisconsin. Opportunities are part-time and hourly rate depends on experience. Our Registered Behavior Technicians average 10-30 hours per week.

Responsiblities:

  • Tracking and recording accurate data for skill acquisition and behavior targets
  • Collaborating with a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and Behavioral Consultant
  • Implementation of current programming and behavior intervention plan
  • Communicate effectively with client families and team members
  • Provide consistent and ethical treatment to clientele
  • Must have previous experience working with children with disabilities
  • Must have undergraduate coursework in a related field
  • Must be a strong advocate for client’s needs and be able to capitalize on their motivation

Requirements:  Bachelors in related field and RBT certification is required
 


 

Line Therapist Position
